
Hannah Isac – Psychologist
Hannah is an empathic registered psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. She works with children and adolescents ( age 4 to 25) experiencing emotional, behavioural and educational challenges. She encourages self-awareness, self-understanding and self-motivation to help her client’s achieve emotional and personal growth. Hannah is trained in completing diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties and draws on a range of evidence-based treatment practices that cater to her client’s needs and presenting problems.
Hannah provides care for a wide variety of mental health conditions and challenges, supporting young people and their families. She believes that a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship is essential for achieving an individual’s therapeutic goals. With experience in both schools and private practice settings, she has honed her ability to build rapport with younger individuals in which she strives to create an environment where clients feel safe, supported and understood.
