Meg is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from LaTrobe University. In her work she uses a person centred approach, responding to the individual needs of each client. Meg sees her role as accompanying her clients as they deal with challenging aspects of their lives. Working collaboratively they explore options and opportunities to help clients live more fulfilling lives.
Meg is interested in life transitions; facing changes in health, work, relationships, and life goals. She has extensive experience in supporting people experiencing grief and loss, depression and anxiety particularly in the context of ageing and has a thorough knowledge of aged care issues, carer stress and increasing frailty.
