  • Strategies for sleep hygiene
  • Guided Meditation

This program is for everyone who wants to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being and is ideal for people experiencing social and emotional anxiety. This interactive workshop will give you a basic tool box to assist you in managing anxiety and stress.

PRESENTER:

Dr. Kerry Gemmell is a registered Clinical Psychologist and has several years of experience in mental health. Kerry has completed her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and has had extensive training in a range of therapeutic methods. Kerry is a passionate teacher on improving quality of life and overall health and well-being. She loves seeing transformation in people and is dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their full potential.
