Dr Elizabeth Westphal has had several years of experience in private practice assisting people through a wide range of concerns. She finds fulfillment in helping people who are going through difficult times. She sees therapy as an accepting, non-judgmental, reflective, collaborative process that allows clients to explore their hopes for their life and relationships.
She takes a holistic approach to therapy that considers the mind, body, and spirit; creating a time and space where her client does not feel threatened or judged.
