We understand that every business is unique.

Aspire will work with your company to improve and achieve your outcome goals. By identifying and developing staff strengths and skills to their full potential, your company will aspire to new heights. Our skilled trainers tailor training to your specific staff. We can also “train the trainer” with corporate enhancement programs designed for managers and supervisors.

Most companies try to force-fit their staff into the organisation, rather than sculpting the organisational needs to staff strengths and skills. Aspire will assist your company in the sculpting process to create positive change, enhance motivational styles and produce leadership strategies.

We aspire to be a partner in achieving your company’s performance goals and needs, to achieve future success.

Our training sessions are interactive and client centred. The format for the training sessions includes: defining the outlined concepts, small group discussions, a debriefing/input session to identify specific organisational connections to the concepts, and lastly, the initiation of appropriate actioning. This interactive learning format guarantees training that delivers construct validity for our clients.

OUR PROGRAMS

Tell Me Something I Don’t Know

Suitable for: CEOs, middle management and senior management.

This program demonstrates how the skill of “not knowing” can create assets out of liabilities. By challenging colleagues on what they might not be aware of, or know for sure, the basis for better corporate decision-making is enhanced. The always present danger of “thinking you know” is an inherent danger in consummating corporate decisions. “Tell Me Something I Don’t Know” is a proven strategy for increased quality assurance.

Creating the “Challenge Response”

Suitable for: CEOs, middle management, senior management, front-line managers, supervisors, professional HR managers and general managers.

Research has shown that challenging staff works better than threatening them. Threats tend to make staff tense, reactive, and narrow in scope. Challenging encourages them to relax, be proactive and creative in scope. All staff performance parameters tend to be enhanced.

We recommend the two following programs are conducted in conjunction, across a morning and afternoon session (2 x 3 hours). Alternatively, they can also be conducted as individual sessions. These programs are suitable for groups between 6 and 15 participants.

Identifying Effective Actioning Styles

Knowing who and how to staff pre-action, in-the-action, post-action, anti-action, and meta-action responsibilities is critical to any successful business. Managerial awareness of the appropriate staff sequencing of business practice will boost performance outcomes.
